1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Sphere'X platform (spherexworld.com, mobile applications, or booking channels), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of our platform.

2. Services & Marketplace Role

Sphere'X operates as an on-demand technology platform connecting consumers looking for home maintenance, cleaning, appliance repair, beauty & wellness, and other services with verified, independent professional service providers ("Service Partners"). While we enforce rigorous vetting, ID checks, and quality benchmarks, the actual service is performed by verified specialists.

3. Booking, Pricing & Payments

• Transparent Pricing: Displayed prices and estimates represent standard baseline rates. Additional spare parts or custom work require your pre-approval before work begins.
• Payment Methods: Payments can be completed online via UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, or cash upon successful completion of the job.
• Invoicing: A formal digital receipt will be issued upon job completion.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

You may reschedule or cancel any booking free of charge up to 2 hours before the scheduled technician arrival time. Late cancellations after a technician has arrived on-site may incur a nominal inspection/visitation fee of ₹99 to compensate the professional's transit.

5. Customer Conduct & Safety

Customers are expected to provide a safe, respectful environment for service providers during visits. Any harassment, abusive conduct, or illegal activity will result in immediate termination of the service, permanent banning from the platform, and reporting to civil authorities.

6. Service Guarantee & Re-work

We stand behind our services. If you are unsatisfied with the quality of a completed service, notify our support team within 24 hours of completion. We provide a 7-day service rework guarantee on qualified repairs and maintenance.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
